What Makes Olinde's Furniture Different?

I was at the gym this past Sunday, and I friend of mine asked, "what exactly makes Olinde's Furniture different from other stores?" I was caught off guard a little, but I wanted to think hard about my answer before I just blurted the normal garbage like we have the best prices or highest quality. So, after a brief reflection, I responded by saying, "I believe that Olinde's is different because we truly care about making our customer's experience the best."

Yes, we may not always have the lowest price, and we still make mistakes from time to time. However, I would put our service before, during, and after the sale up against any furniture company nationwide. Why? Because our customer's experience is what has kept Olinde's Furniture in business for over 130 years. When I started 6 years ago, my uncle and president of our company, Tom Olinde, told me that he tries his best to do business by the Golden Rule of "treat others the way you want to be treated."

Of Olinde's Furniture company's 300 employees from the warehouse delivery driver to CEO, our #1 goal is for our customers to be satisfied with their furniture shopping experience.
