At Olinde's Furniture we pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and efficiently help you. Unlike the big box stores where they give you a 1+800 telephone number and you end up speaking to someone in India after waiting on hold for fifteen minutes, Olinde's Furniture has two people in each store in Baton Rouge and Lafayette whose job is to help you.
Mistakes do happen, and Olinde's Furniture is only perfect 99% of the time :) For that 1%, Olinde's Furniture's Customer Service Department is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday. The Customer Service Department is closed on Sunday, but always leave a message and we will get back to you. Therefore, when you have a problem or just need help, please contact us in the following five ways:
